Abba! Tell us a Story!

HaDavar

“Yes, He loves the peoples, all His K’doshim, they are in Your hand; and they sit down at Your feet, receiving of Your words.”  D’varim 33:3

These last couple of weeks I have been wrapping up the ‘front matter’ for our “HaDavar יהוה ,” the new volume of scripture that we have been working on for the last seven years.  It is finally FINISHED, although I anticipate finding tiny things that need to be tweaked, I am confident that what is going to go to press is very clean, and very accurate.

While writing the ‘intro’, the magnitude of what it means to participate in putting together this book just really hit me.  The pages of this volume, like any other Bible, are giving people direct access to the very HEART of the Creator.  It is, in a sense, a mere ‘communication device,’ a vessel that carries the voice of G-d to those who would ‘Hear Him.’

Our congregants know that the “Shema” is the greatest of the mitzvot, and that the word ‘shema’ is the imperative of ‘hear’ and means ‘hear, such that you respond and do.’  One of my favorite times when I was raising my children was when we would sit down to read the scriptures.  I so badly wanted them to ‘hear’ His Word.  We would have dinner, and since I’m Navy, I’d eat like I was still in bootcamp, finishing long before everyone else.  So, I’d go to the piano and play worship music for a while, and then call the kids to my feet in the living room.  There were times when we had some really deep discussions, when they were littler.  They had such keen minds.

If just one family gets to enjoy this work, gets to open their children’s minds to the TRUTH of His Heart, then these last seven years will not have been spent in vain.  I truly ‘see’ His People sitting at HIS FEET, His ‘consecrated ones’, whom He LOVES, and hearing HIS HEART.  He so greatly desires to ‘commune’ with us, to speak to us, to share His Truth with us through His Ru’akh and because of His Son.

We will be making this new Bible available as soon as we choose a printer and know our final costs. I hope that everyone becomes excited about it, and that we can offer it as nicely bound as possible, and at a cost amenable to everyone.  And I hope that everyone who reads it truly does learn more of their Father, and of His Son and our Savior, Yeshua the Messiah.

“The words of the wise are as goads, and as nails well fastened are those that are composed in collections; they are given from One Shepherd.”  Kohelet 12:11

  2. Dani’el, when I joined onto this journey with you over ten years ago, I knew that I had begun a derekh alongside like-minded believers who were in pursuit of the emet of יהוה . I am excited beyond comprehension at the release of “HaDavar יהוה ,” so others who currently walk in darkness may see to find their way to walk in the light.

  3. Daniel, I’m excited and eagerly await the production of the written Bible HaDavar יהוה

I’ve been reading it for most of this year on my iPad and it has changed my life. The transliteration and the Hebrew words have connected me to a deeper relationship with YAH and His Redeemer like never before!

Thank, you very much for your faithfulness and diligence in putting this together.

    YAH bless you Daniel!
