Call Me Judgmental

Those who are the people of Elohim cannot succumb to the will of the ‘politically correct,’ nor to the notion that whatever one does is ‘okay,’ and that no one should say anything about bad public behavior.
What is the most glaring wart on society right now? The notion that when one tries to bring light to any error in our society, that this person is high-minded, or ‘judgmental.’ I am certain that if Yokhanan HaMatbil OR Yeshua HaMashiakh were alive and ministering in our country today, they BOTH would have been executed handily, in far less time than they were in Yisra’el in their own day. These two men pointed out the sins of the KING, and of those in ‘public power,’ for their hypocrisies. They chided rich men for loving their money more than Elohim, they exhorted prostitutes to stop that sin, they exposed the wrong of sexual promiscuity, publicly. Were they in the US doing these things, they’d be in the headlines, accused of being judgmental, self-righteous, and worse.
If anyone criticizes our government in our day, simply because our current potus and many of his appointees are black, one is called a ‘racist.’ Never mind that folks like myself could not care less if he were white or black, but are speaking about, to quote Martin Luther King, Jr., the CONTENT OF THEIR CHARACTER, and addressing the sins in their decision-making and how they lead this country. It has affectively become a crime in this country to disagree with anyone, especially if that disagreement points in any way to the Almighty’s Sovereignty and His definition of what is right.
Today, anyone who speaks out for any righteous cause is immediately vilified, and therefore many believers are quiet about what is RIGHT. Praise Elohim for the likes of Franklin Graham and Donald Trump. Say what you will about either one of them, but they are finally directly addressing issues that virtually all other public figures tap-dance around, lest they ‘offend’ someone.
Recently, Sarah Palin was accused of being racist just for mentioning what she believes to be the bad behavior of the current first lady. She did not ONE TIME mention her race or skin tone, or besmirch her ethnically in any way. But, simply by virtue of the fact that the first lady is black, Sarah Palin is therefore racist for criticizing her at all, because she is white. Are you kidding me? White people must refrain from criticizing any black person who is spending the people’s money, or any person not white who is supposed to represent ALL the people, just because they are white? Any time white people open their mouths, they are racist? That is the very depth of ignorance framing the public conversation, and the death of free speech, and it’s time ALL people put a stop to it, by SPEAKING UP.
Within the body of Messiah, yes, go ahead and call me judgmental. Anyone who knows me at all knows that I could not care less what homosexuals do on their own time and behind their own doors, what politicians do, what the general public does. But, when someone names themselves a ‘brother,’ confesses faith in Messiah Yeshua, claiming to trust in the one who died on the tree to set us free from the sins of this world, and then goes against the very fabric of that faith, you bet your boots I have not only a biblical right, but an obligation to speak up! To judge. NOT to condemn, but to call out the ERROR in that person’s behavior. And yes, it is ‘judgment,’ and yes Abba expects it of me, and of anyone else named as a brother, IF that other one is doing something that is contrary to His Word and detrimental to the Body. Like it or not, we are commanded in the Brit Khadasha to have NOTHING to do with a person who calls himself a brother, but who regularly does something which the Almighty calls sin.
Kol 2
“Beware, lest any man mislead you through PHILOSOPHY and VAIN DECEIT, after the teaching of MEN, after the principles of the WORLD, and not after Mashiakh. For in HIM is embodied all the fullness of Elohim. And it is through Him that you also have been made COMPLETE, for He is the head of all principalities and powers.”
2 Tim 3
“Know this, that in the Akharit HaYamim disastrous times will come. And men shall be lovers of themselves and lovers of money, proud, conceited, BLASPHEMERS, disobedient to their own people, ungrateful, wicked, false accusers, addicts to lust, brutal, haters of good things, traitors, hasty, boasters, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of Elohim; having a SHADE of the fear of Elohim, but far from the power of Elohim; FROM SUCH TURN AWAY.”
So, when someone who claims to know Messiah brings heresies into the public eye, count me judgmental. When someone professes to believe in Messiah Yeshua, yet entertains the doctrines of men, it is incumbent upon us to be judgmental!
“I wrote to you in an epistle not to associate with immoral persons. I do not mean that you should separate completely from all the immoral people of this world, or
from the fraudulent, and extortionists, or from idolaters; otherwise you would be obliged to leave this world. Now what I have written to you is this: you are not to
associate with any person who is known as a brother and yet is immoral, or fraudulent, or an idolater, or a reviler, or a drunkard, or an extortionist; with such a person you must not even break bread. For what business have I to judge those who are outside the congregation? But you may judge those who are within the Congregation. Elohim will judge the outsiders. Therefore, put away from among yourselves those wicked persons.”
The purpose of distancing oneself from a proclaimed believer who does not follow The Way is to provoke repentance. But today, most people’s hearts are so deceived and hardened by sin that they respond to the piercing of the Ruakh HaKodesh, which is what they ‘feel’ when the Congregation rebukes them, by accusing the Congregant of being “judgmental.” “Don’t judge me,” they say; WHY NOT? You’re erring against The Way, and you’re hurting YOURSELF, and if you are in the Congregation genuinely, you’re hurting the Body of Messiah. And concerning some of the errors that warrant this judgment, it is ‘adultery’ against Messiah. So, call me judgmental! But respond to the Ruakh when Elohim tells you that your dalliances are SIN! “Choose you TODAY whom you will serve! As for me and my house, WE SHALL SERVE YHWH.”
It is precisely the LACK of ‘judgment’ within the wider Body of Messiah that has most of the ‘world’ accusing people of faith of hypocrisy! “Friendship with the world is ENMITY against Elohim!” What is wrong, and what people subject to this ‘judgment’ mistakenly conclude, is ‘condemnation.’ Never have I ‘condemned’ ANYONE. That is indeed not our place. To condemn someone is to say that because of their error they are therefore ‘condemned,’ or ‘doomed’ to a fate of destruction. That ‘judgement’ is left to Messiah alone. “There is therefore NO condemnation for those who are in Messiah Yeshua.” [Rom 8:1] It is not our place to ‘condemn’ anyone. But, as scriptures instruct, it IS our place to judge those who profess His name but repeatedly err against His Way. Especially if they stand in a public place committing these errors, seeming to boldly proclaim that error as if Abba sanctions it or turns a blind eye to it. He does not.

As I prayed and read this morning, I thought, “I’ll post something from the parasha on fb.”

You see, it is my desire periodically to help ‘someone’ to ‘see’ the Messiah, in some small way.

Not many will, because most are blinded by their own pride, and by the deceitfulness of religious men who do not live Truth.  They preach false words of comfort, and a “Jesus” that is not in scripture.  They do NOT declare the Tzaddik, the RIGHTEOUS ONE, who has a WAY for HIS Talmidim [Torah Students, Disciples] to walk.  His GRACE is BIG BEYOND BELIEF, but to TRAMPLE on it by throwing away the very guide that shows us what sin is, is a dangerous game.

This past Shabbat, the ‘drash’ that I presented to our Congregation was unusually poignant, at least to me.

I do NOT boast in myself, please understand;  but Messiah Yeshua, the Son of the Almighty Creator, revealed Himself plainly this past Shabbat, even in the weakness of my flesh and measly efforts.  I ‘preached’ passionately, first to myself, and also to others; I only hope it affected someone else as it has me.  My desire for HIM is increased.  My desire to exemplify Him to others is stoked.

So, in my prayer/study time this morning, I thought only to look for a ‘gem’ to post on here, to incite someone to thought, to cause someone to hunger, to be a little instigator.  Instead, I found a BOUNTIFUL treasure, and immediately ‘saw’ that Abba had given to me what  He would have me share with His People this Shabbat!  He doesn’t do that very often, but instead causes me to dig and dig, and waits to show me His desire, many times until just before Shabbat.  But now, I can sleep in this coming Shabbat!  My drash is ready, and I KNOW He is going to touch someone!

For those who do not attend Congregation Bat-Tzion, but have read through my ramblings thus far, you can watch the video when it comes out next week!

But, I will say to all, I have been ridiculed and even lost DEAR friends because I have been declaring the B’sorah fully for the last 28 years.  What do I mean?  I mean this: that the B’sorah of Mashiakh, the “Proclaimed Good News” of Messiah, is only full when we declare our Father, the Creator, and His Sovereignty in His Torah, AND His Son, Yeshua, and His death, burial, and RESURRECTION, and HIS IMMINENT RETURN, to establish the Rule of Torah on earth.  Anything less is ‘mixture’ and ‘dilution.’  I realize the weakness of my attempt at proclaiming this, at times, and the errors I’ve committed.  But, that message crystalizes before me daily.

Many people of faith understand that this world has changed.  Things that I saw coming, and wrote a book about twenty years ago, are now manifesting, and people are confused and scared.  I’m excited and all the more JOYFUL!

The message of the return of Messiah is trivialized by many, because so many misrepresent it as fools, thinking they will escape, without understanding the WAY of escape, and because they do not understand WHY He is returning:  TO JUDGE EVERYONE.  Before Messiah returns, the Father will plague the WHOLE EARTH with SEVEN judgments.  They will be COMPLETE judgments.  And they will cause people of faith, in the REAL MESSIAH, FINALLY to repent in the BIBLICAL way, by turning to HIS TORAH!  Two Jews will lead the charge of those of faith in Messiah, and many will DIE because of their adherence to Messiah AND HIS TORAH.  The LYING MESSIAH will deceive MANY who ‘think’ they know ‘christ.’  He will join all ‘religions’ together under the guise of peace, and establish a false peace and ‘hope’ for three and a half years, seeming to ‘unify’ the world.  REAL followers of the Messiah who did not follow His Way will then learn why they’re going through this ‘tribulation,’ and finally learn NOT to love this world system.  This false peace will be upbraided by the calamity the Father and His Two Confessors will bring, opposing this liar.  Messiah will NOT return until AFTER this TERRIBLE TROUBLE.

Sounds wacky if you’re not one who trusts in Messiah.

If you trust in Messiah is real, then you ‘sense’ that this is true, though you may not understand fully; and my strongest advice is to LEARN the role of the Torah in YOUR LIFE.  [Read Psalm 119, and understand that the word ‘law’ is actually Torah, which is ‘way of instruction.’]

Religious leaders have been DECEIVED by the SPIRITS of that Lying Messiah since even the days of the apostles!  [1 John 2:18]

It is a LIE that you should not keep the Sabbath!

It is a LIE that gentiles did not keep the Sabbath in the days of the apostles. [Acts 15:21]

It is a LIE that the Torah is ‘abolished.’

                Matt 5:17

It is a LIE that you are ‘free’ from HIS TORAH.

If you KNOW HIM, you are FREE FROM the law OF SIN. [this is what the book of Romans actually teaches].

It is a LIE that Yeshua did away with the Torah and Jewish customs.

[Acts 6:13-14, they lied about Yeshua AND about Stephen]

It is a LIE that the Torah was nailed to the ‘cross’

YOUR SINS were nailed to the tree! [Col 2, ‘the handwriting that was against us,’ the RECORD of your sins!  “Their sins and their transgressions will I BLOT OUT.]

It is a LIE that Paul abandoned the Torah and taught others to!

[Please read Acts 21:24 with HONEST EYES]

ALL of these LIES are in the ‘church’ STILL, and they were planted by the FALSE MESSIAH!  And they are the ‘undoing’ of MANY who ‘think’ they know HIM.

                [2 Peter 3:15-16]

“Come OUT of her, MY PEOPLE!!!! “

Who is “she,” but the one who mixes faith in G-d with the lies of this world?

May some ONE soul WAKE UP from the stupor of religion, trim his lamp, and be READY, BEFORE the coming of THAT GREAT DAY.

You Never Know

As I was saying the prayers this morning, when I was meditating on the words of Yeshua as He taught the Talmidim to pray, “Deliver us from the Evil one,” for some reason two episodes from my past flooded through my mind, and the idea of sharing them here accompanied those thoughts. So, I am going to tell you all two stories.

I will start with the more recent.

I was working for a major oil company, and when I hired on with them about 11 years ago, they asked me if I would go to the Middle East if necessary. Seeing the immediate look of reluctance on my face, they said, knowing I am Jewish, “What if a trip to Israel was included?” “Now you’re talking!” said I. Four years later, the need arose for me to go to Oman, and the company kept their word and allowed me also to travel, first class, back through Israel. I was to go to Oman and meet with executives, and then go out into the desert to a huge oil patch, where about 7,000 people camped and ran the oil field, and assess the work that was being done on the systems I oversaw, and write a report with recommendations to solve issues. I was to take an expert from our software vendor with me to address a specific, known issue. This expert was a guy who was very, very intellectual, and I had worked with him on several occasions already. He was a very friendly guy, but worldly beyond the average person.

We flew to Oman, and we met with our liaison on that first day, and then checked into our hotel. We were staying in a five-star hotel in Muscat, Oman, that had several restaurants in it. I do not remember what night it was of our three nights there on the lead end of our trip, before going to the field, but we went to dinner in one of the several fancy restaurants. Mind you, we are sitting in a Muslim country, surrounded by Muslims. Being Jewish is not a ‘safe’ thing there; being a Messianic Jew would incur more trouble, if I were to be caught ‘evangelizing.’

So, we are sitting at dinner, and my travel companion, I will call him “Mikah” here, starts to ask me questions about my faith. After a brief description of what I believe, he shares with me, “Well, I’m an atheist; I don’t believe there is a G-d.”

Immediately I spewed: “O no you are NOT ! Because His Word says, “The FOOL says in his own heart, ‘there is no G-d,’ and you are NOT a fool!.” Mikah was stunned. And I began to tell Him of the Creator, to give him responses to all the typical reasons intellectuals say they don’t believe in special creation, responses I assess he had never heard before. And then I explained the B’sorah [Good News of Messiah] to him very, very plainly. Meanwhile, during all of this, our Muslim waiters are walking by, Saudi “Sheiks” are sitting only a few feet from us, and my hands are flying about as I’m passionately explaining things to him and answering questions. I’m certain my volume was a notch above. But it was as if we were in a bubble, and I am preaching my heart out, a Jew, in ‘enemy territory,’ declaring that Yeshua is the Son of the Most High God, and that Mikah knows deep down that he needs His Salvation.

There is so much more that happened on this trip, out in the oil patch, and back in the city again when we wrote our report and visited the execs again. But the part that I am going to finish with is that about a year later, after Mikah and I returned and he went back to Michigan, I was talking to a mutual colleague in California, and he told me that he had hired Mikah. This is a colleague and friend in whose house I taught scripture some two years before, ministering to his family and friends while on a business trip out there, where Mikah had helped us solve a major issue with the same product. He had overheard this colleague and I, I’ll call him Sean, talking all week long about Messiah and the Jewish nature of our faith. He had heard that I went out to Sean’s house for two or three evenings, teaching the Word. And I think this is why he asked that first question in Oman. On the phone that day, Sean told me not only that Mikah now worked for him, but also that he is a believer! Many times I had wondered if my efforts had availed anything; now I knew. I had basically risked my life sharing the B’sorah in a Muslim country, and had wondered if anything would ever come of it. After a year, I had heard that what had been planted in his heart in Oman had been watered by Sean, and others, and that a former ‘atheist’ is now one who trusts in the Son of Elohim, Messiah Yeshua, for salvation. There is NO GREATER JOY than to hear when someone is transformed from darkness to light, from death to life!

The second story is similar, but happened back in 1992 in Beaumont, Texas.

I had just gotten out of the Navy, met my future wife, and started a job at a government-contracted company that hired Navy vets almost exclusively. There were about thirty men working on site. I was very open about my faith [had just discovered the Sabbath and the feasts, and their relevance], and was very vocal about the ‘state’ of our country, even then. Many stories emerge from the short time I worked there, miraculous things. But, the one I’m about to tell is the most meaningful, and the one that came to my mind this morning, along with the unction to share it.

One person on that crew was most unpleasant. He was rude, foul-mouthed, hateful, and had started several fist-fights. He is also a ‘Sean.’ I kept away from him simply because he was not a pleasant person. I had been ‘ministering’ to our boss quite a bit, and many other people on the job, including singing gospel with a soulful black man, starting a lunch-time bible study, etc. Everyone knew my position on most matters of public discussion.

One day, I was eating lunch, and Sean was sitting directly across from me, three tables away. I had an inner ‘unction’ to share the B’sorah with him, more precisely, to tell him that Yeshua [Jesus] loved him. It was not a thing I relished doing, so I delayed, and thought, “if I finish my lunch and he is still here, I’ll do it.” I slowly ate my lunch. To my chagrin, he was lingering as well. Then, as I was packing my lunch box up, he got up and started walking toward the door behind me. Suddenly, I caught that ‘spiritual wind’ and fell in behind him and tapped him on the shoulder and said, “Sean, I need to talk to you.” “I know what you’re going to say, and I don’t want to hear it,” he gruffly replied. “I will say what I have to say, and I will never bother you again, but I want you to hear me,” I said, following him out the next door. He stopped, looked at me intently and said, “I was raised in a preacher’s home, and I don’t want anything to do with you hypocritical Christians.” To that I said, “Well, certainly there hare hypocrites who call themselves Christians, but you won’t be able to blame them on Judgment day for your sins. I just wanted to tell you that Yeshua loves you.” Immediately he replied, “If you knew me, you’d hate me, so don’t give me that garbage.” Immediately I knew he was a homosexual, though he certainly showed no sign of it. “I’m sure I would not; I don’t care what you’ve done in your past, and neither does Messiah; He loves you. He’s calling you. I was compelled simply to tell you that, and as I said, I will never bother you again.”

We parted ways. I told my soon-to-be wife of the exchange, and of my thought about what he was hiding that he thought would make me hate him. I also told a fellow believer I’ll call here, ‘Will.’ Shortly thereafter we were all sent to New Orleans. While there, I went home and married, had a brief honeymoon, and returned to New Orleans, only to find that Monday morning that Sean was wearing makeup, and apparently had ‘come out’ in a big way, dressing in drag each night down on Bourbon Street and telling everyone at work, but me, that he was ‘gay.’ He flaunted it by me that morning, and I simply smiled and said, “Hey, Sean.” For several months, that was our daily exchange. I never said another word to him.

I quit that job because I wanted to be home with my new family. About a year later, I had prayed one morning, and I had just told Abba that I wanted to ‘know’ that I was serving Him in Truth. That evening, I found Will’s phone number on top of our refrigerator [this was long before cell phones, kids!], and I gave him a call. After the typical, cordial greetings Will immediately said, “Guess who gave his life to the LORD?” I started naming everyone on that job to whom Will and I had ministered. The LAST person in my mind was ‘Sean.’ Finally, I said his name. “Yep! You would not believe it, Daniel. He is a different man. All that feminine charade is gone, he is a man; he’s kind, he’s sweet and loving, and he loves Messiah. And guess who led him to the LORD over the phone?” To Will’s credit, I said, “YOU?” “NO! HIS DAD! The ‘preacher’ that he hated! They reconciled, and he brought him to Messiah over the phone! And Sean told me that the ONLY reason he started thinking about the Messiah again was because of you, and me. He said we were the first people he ever met who actually LIVED their faith, and that he could NOT get “Jesus” off his mind after you talked to him.”

I write this now to glorify Messiah, and to encourage someone who might be laboring in Him NOT to think for a moment that your efforts are in vain. I felt like I got nowhere both of these times, with Mikah and with Sean. And both times, long after the work was done, I was ‘fed’ the fruit of that labor, and was told that my seemingly faint, weak efforts had meant something to someone.   “One plants [the seed, His Word], another waters, but Elohim gives the increase.” “Do not be weary in doing good.” So, I am writing to someone who is struggling in their efforts to gain souls for the Kingdom of Messiah, and to you I say, “Bless your FEET!”

Why? “How BEAUTIFUL on the mountains are the FEET of the one who DECLARES THE BESORAH, who causes them to hear “SHALOM!” Who declares GOODNESS, who causes them to HEAR YESHUA [Salvation] ! Who says to Tzion, YOUR ELOHIM RULES!”

The feet are your ‘dirtiest’ parts; they are your ‘base,’ what carries you to do His Will. And the humble of the earth, humbled by their circumstances and the true declaration of Messiah Yeshua, the Salvation of Elohim, will see the ‘goodness’ of your feet. One day, you will hear how those nasty feet helped someone. You never know…..

Trump it up!

trumpet-2

http://www.ontheissues.org/donald_trump.htm

Above is a political rundown on Trump.

I’ve read it twice.

I agree with him on many of his points. There are two points of his that, in my mind, need to be stronger: abortion and tax reform.

On abortion, there should NEVER be a late term abortion. That is killing a child who feels his body being torn apart, and is screaming.

Of course, there is nothing in Scripture that justifies killing an unborn baby at any ‘age’, whether to protect the mother or terminate an unwanted pregnancy.  But, it’s the support of so many who CLAIM to believe in the Creator of LIFE who also support this that really stirs my blood.  Even IF they ‘say’ they do not support it, yet vote for those who vehemently do, they support it!  It is against His Torah to do so.  “You shall not follow a multitude to do evil.”

How about promoting sexual responsibility? What happened to having relationships in a marriage covenant, and not as a weekend hobby? [men AND women].

In regard to the mother’s life, yes, protect her life. But do your best to protect the baby too.

I understand, as much as a man can, how difficult rape must be on a woman; but, if it results in pregnancy, should we then kill the innocent child? Does one crime deserve another?  Should the child pay for the sins of his father?  NO. There are plenty of people lining up for adoption, if the mother does not want to raise the child.  It would be a great way to heal from the pain of what happened to give to someone who cannot have a child.  Many women have done so and have testified to it.  Part of the solution is to make adoption more available and as cost free as possible to both parties, not murdering an innocent baby.

On tax reform, we need to go back to NO INCOME TAX. The income tax amendment needs to be repealed.  Income tax was loathsome to the founders!  It should be to us!  Income tax is the reason politicians are so corrupt, and the primary vehicle they use for taking our rights away and controlling the populace, and the vote!

Property taxes in the various states also need to go away. When the state can take your home due to unpaid taxes, you live in a communist state. You do not own your home.

The governments obviously need funds in order to function, but those can be raised by taxing luxury goods, tariffs on foreign goods, and other means, both at the state and federal level; if you don’t buy it, you don’t pay taxes! If you don’t pay taxes, you have more money to invest for your own family and advancement.  But, at least Trump has a plan to reduce them.  It could be a step toward finally doing away with it again.

How about encouraging personal fiscal responsibility?

Why am I commenting on Trump, then?

In truth, I never ‘liked’ the man; I don’t call him by his famous moniker. I don’t think he’s a ‘hero.’ I do, however, respect what he has accomplished, and over the last few weeks have become less skeptical of him.

At one point, I could not take him seriously because of his hair! But that is on me.

I do not yet know if he’s the BEST candidate to be the next POTUS, but he’s certainly a far better candidate than the current one! I comment on him today because, so far, he is the only person in the political arena who is speaking plainly and standing for SOMETHING. He does not yet seem to be pandering to a particular group, and he’s not afraid of the left-wing media, and doesn’t let them get away with their politically influenced, so-called ‘journalism.’

I don’t know what happened to Dennis Michael Lynch, who WAS the frontrunner for receiving my vote. He mysteriously disappeared for a while, and has now dropped out of contention. Strange. But, they’d likely not be able to run DT off.

If we make it past 2016 and are able to elect a different person, then this guy is likely the one who could give us REAL change, “change we need,” like actually standing up against ISIS and our Muslim enemies, holding Iran accountable, repealing ACA, fixing the illegals invasion, creating real jobs, etc.  Trump has spent a lifetime of creating jobs.  PBHO has not.

Before anyone goes off, I am NOT against immigrants, I’m against criminals. And if someone comes into this country without going through the LEGAL process, they are a CRIMINAL. PERIOD. Crime should be punished. We need to screen those who come into our country, because so many [of ALL nationalities] do want to kill us; so many want to freeload off of us; so many are ‘hardened criminals’ fleeing another country’s law enforcement; so many carry diseases. Immigrate all you want… just do it legally! I would LOVE to maybe live in Scotland or Yisra’el one day; but, if I do so, I will do so legally. If I have to flee here and go to Yisra’el because of persecution, I would ASK PERMISSION.

So, I comment on Trump because at least trump is speaking his mind, and not equivocating about the issues. I respect that. And, what he said recently about people persecuting the Christian community here really got my attention, because NOT ONE OTHER POLITICIAN has addressed that, and THAT is where all this liberal propaganda has been going for 40 years.

I think he understands that the ‘fundamental change’ that pbho promised was to weaken and/or destroy u.s.  He at least has the khutzpah to say what he really thinks, in spite of the pc police. If not him, then SOMEONE who lines up as closely as possible with strong, biblical principles and does the same.

יהוה Eloheinu יהוה Ekhad!

The Ruakh HaElohim [Spirit of G-d] is NOT a separate but equal ‘person.’

ONE proof [of many]:

“V’kha’asher tavo Ruakh Ha’Emet, HEE tadrikh et’khem b’khal emet, ki LO t’daber mimakhashavTAH sheLAH, elah et kal asher tishmAH t’daber, v’et ha’atidot todia lakhem”.

“But when HaRuakh HaEmet [Spirit of Truth, True Spirit] is come, IT will guide you into all the truth; for IT will NOT speak from ITSELF, but what it hears, it will speak; and it will make known to you things which are to come in the future.” Yokhanan [John] 16:13

What is emphasized in both paragraphs above is ‘it,’ because in Hebrew, this word shows that the Ruakh it is modifying is FEMININE. In Hebrew, suffixes that have the ‘ah’ vowel are indication that the noun in question is FEMININE.

An EXACT literal translation would be “But when the true spirit is come, SHE will guide you into all truth; for SHE will not speak from herself, but what she hears, she will speak; and she will make known to you things which are to come in the future.”

Now, we know that Elohim is not gender confused…..this article, ‘it,’ is NOT about ‘gender’ as much as about ‘nature.’ The Ruakh nurtures us, and does evince certain qualities that are more prevalent in the feminine gender. But, that the Ruakh is NOT it’s own ‘person,’ and therefore not a ‘she,’ is evident in this verse: “It will NOT speak from itself!”

If the Ruakh of Elohim is a separate person, then it would speak its own ‘thoughts.’ That is what certain teachers teach. Which brings me to our portion for this week:

“But there were false prophets also among the people, EVEN AS THERE WILL BE FALSE TEACHERS among YOU! who shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying יהוה who has redeemed them, and thus bringing upon themselves swift destruction. Many will follow their pernicious ways, by reason of whom evil will be spoken of the Way of Truth. And through COVETOUSNESS they will exploit YOU with feigned [made up] words, whose judgment from the very beginning has not ceased and their damnation is always active.”

The doctrine in question DOES hinge itself on feigned words, made up words: homoousious for ‘sharing the same body/ consubstantial. These words are necessary to explain a fallacy. This doctrine does deny יהוה, as it teaches that there are ‘three’ gods stuffed into one ‘body.’ NO. “Hear, O Yisra’el, יהוה Eloheinu [ יהוה is our G-d] יהוה EKHAD [יהוה in ONE].” There is ONE G-d, who sits on His throne, and who manifests Himself to us in Messiah the Son, Yeshua, through His Ruakh [Breath/Wind/Power].

To deny the commandment of יהוה is also to deny יהוה.

“Come OUT of her, MY people.”
